LED Taxand Studio Legale Tributario, with registered office in Via Dante, 16 – 20121 Milan, Tax code and VAT number: 10122630964 (hereinafter, also the “Data Controller”), as data controller of the personal data of users (hereafter , the “Users”) who browse and use the services available on the website led-taxand.it (hereinafter, the “Site” and the “Services”) provide below the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, “Regulations”, or also the “Applicable Regulations”).

This Site and the Services are reserved for individuals who have completed eighteen years of age. The Data Controller therefore does not collect personal data relating to persons under the age of 18. Upon request by Users, the Data Controller will promptly delete all personal data involuntarily collected and related to persons under 18 years of age.

1. Processing purposes

Users’ personal data will be processed lawfully by LED Taxand pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulations for the following processing purposes:
a) contractual obligations and provision of the Services, to allow navigation of the Site or to implement the Terms of Use of the Site, which are accepted by the User during registration on the Site and / or during the use of the Services and fulfill to specific requests of the User. The User’s data collected by LED Taxand for the purposes listed above include: the name, surname, city of residence / domicile, telephone number, email address, and any personal information of the User that may be voluntarily published. Unless the user gives LED Taxand a specific and optional consent to the processing of their data for further purposes, the User’s personal data will be used by LED Taxand for the sole purpose of ascertaining the identity of the User (also by validating the e-mail address), thus avoiding possible scams or abuses, and contacting the User solely for reasons of service (eg sending notifications regarding the Services). 2. Additional processing purposes: marketing (sending of advertising material, direct sales and commercial communication)

The Data Controller informs that, following the exercise of the right of opposition to the sending of promotional communications via email, it is possible that, for technical and operational reasons (eg formation of contact lists already completed shortly before receipt by the Owner of the opposition request) the User continues to receive some further promotional messages. Should the User continue to receive promotional messages after 24 hours have elapsed from the exercise of the right to object, please report the problem to the Data Controller, using the contacts indicated in paragraph 7 below.

3. Additional processing purposes: newsletter

With the free and optional consent of the User, some personal data of the User (ie name, surname, address and e-mail address) may be processed by the Data Controller for the purpose of sending the newsletter. Therefore the User will receive from the Owner a periodic newsletter that will contain information in relation to news present on the Site and / or initiatives of the Owner.
In case of lack of consent, the possibility to register on the Site will not be in any way affected.
In case of consent, the User may at any time revoke the same, making a request to the Owner in the manner indicated in paragraph 7 below.

4. Additional treatment goals: profiling

With the free and optional consent of the User, the personal data of the User (that is, the personal and contact data, that the information relating to the services to which he has expressed his interest) may be processed by the Data Controller also for purposes of profiling, or to reconstruct the consumer’s tastes and consumption habits, identifying their consumer profile, in order to send the User commercial offers consistent with the profile identified.

5. Processing methods and data retention times

The Data Controller will process the personal data of Users using manual and IT tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
Users’ personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the primary purposes described in paragraph 1 above, or in any case as necessary for the protection in civil law of the interests of both Users and LED Taxand.
In the cases referred to in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 above, the personal data of Users will be kept for the time strictly necessary to accomplish the purposes described therein and, in any case, for no more than twenty-four (24) and twelve (12) months respectively.

6. Scope of communication and dissemination of data

The personal data of the Users may be disclosed to the employees and / or collaborators of the Controller in charge of managing the Site and all the services related to the provision of the Services. These subjects, who have been instructed to do so by the Data Controller pursuant to Article 29 of the Regulations, will process the Users’ data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this statement and in compliance with the provisions of the Applicable Law.
The personal data of the Users may also be disclosed to third parties who may process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller as “External Processors”, such as, for example, IT and logistic service providers functional to the operation of the Website. and / or Services, outsourcing or cloud computing service providers, professionals and consultants
Users have the right to obtain a list of any data controllers appointed by each Data Controller respectively, making a request to the Data Controller in the manner indicated in paragraph 7 below.

7. Rights of the Interested parties

Users may exercise their rights granted by the Applicable Law by contacting the Data Controller in the following ways:

LED Taxand will comply with the requests of Users relating to the processing referred to in paragraph 1, in addition to meeting the requests of Users relating to the treatments referred to in paragraph 2, 3 and 4.
Pursuant to Applicable Regulations, the Data Controller informs that Users have the right to obtain indication (i) of the origin of personal data; (ii) the purposes and methods of the processing; (iii) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; (iv) of the identification details of the Data Controller and of those responsible; (v) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come to know them as managers or agents.
Furthermore, Users have the right to obtain:
a) access, updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
