Diletta Fuxa

Diletta holds a degree cum laude in Political Science from the University of Trieste (2003) and a Master’s degree in International and Domestic Tax Planning from the Ernst & Young Business School in Rome (2004). She qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 2015 and since May 2016 as a Chartered Accountant. In 2018, she became an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA – ICAEW). She is also a member of CFE Tax Advisers Europe.

She joined LED in May 2022, after working with two Big Four and various tax boutiques. Diletta deals exclusively with transfer pricing, dealing with its various aspects (design of TP policy, preparation of documentation, assistance during tax audits in Italy and abroad, litigation, APAs and mutual agreements procedures). In recent years she has gained significant experience in managing transfer pricing issues for Fortune 500-listed groups and those operating in German and French-speaking markets.
