Alberto Gandini

Alberto graduated from the LIUC Carlo Cattaneo University with a Degree in Economics and Management in 2019. He also spent a period in Madrid at the UFV Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. In 2020, he attended the Training School for Chartered Accountants at ODCEC in Monza and Brianza. Alberto was admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants in 2021.

Following his first experience related to debt restructuring and consequently extraordinary transactions at the Russo De Rosa Tax Law Firm, Alberto joined LED in February 2022.

Alberto focuses on corporate taxation and tax aspects of M&A transactions.
