The Court of Justice of the European Union (“ECJ”) issued its judgment in case C-598/17, A-Fonds on the jurisdiction of domestic Courts in cases concerning State Aid regimes that also violate fundamental freedoms.

 

The recent judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union in cases C-607/17 and C-608/17 established that, the parent company can deduct the losses of a foreign subsidiary, if these must be considered “final”.
