LED Taxand, with partner Paolo Ruggiero and senior manager Erminia Procopio, has assisted, for all the tax aspects, Europa Risorse SGR, as management company of the alternative real estate investment fund “ER Income Fund 1”, in the sale of a shopping center located in Udine to the company Stop Shop, a subsidiary of Immofinanz.
The buyer, together with the property of the shopping center, has also acquired the entire share capital of the company Terminal Nord, also sold by the ER Income Fund 1, and all the commercial licenses necessary for the management of the shopping center.
