Erminia Procopio
Junior Partner
Erminia Procopio is Junior Partner of Alma LED and she mainly deals with mergers & acquisitions and real estate transactions.
Erminia has gained ten years of experience in acquisition and/or sale transactions of real estate assets in particular, both commercial and residential, and in activities concerning private equity funds, setting up efficient investment platforms from the corporate and tax perspective.
Erminia graduated in Law (Università, degli Studi of Milan – Italy) in 2011 and she was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2015.
After having worked with Deloitte since 2011 and with Fantozzi & Associati from 2016, she stated working in LED Taxand in January 2018 and in June 2023, together with the rest of the Firm, she joined Alma LED.
